£45,000 - £50,000 DOE + Bonus
LB Design Recruitment are working with a small but growing architectural practice located in Southampton to recruit an experienced Architect. The practice was set up in 2019, they have since experienced rapid growth and are now looking for their next key player to join their team. They work on a mix of residential, commercial and community projects.
You will need to have 3+ years UK based post-qualification professional experience and be proficient in AutoCAD or Revit (currently using AutoCAD but planning to change over to Revit). This is a new role and the successful candidate will be working closely with the Director to assist in the day to day running of the practice and managing the team.
This lovely practice makes employee welfare a top priority and wherever possible they provide flexibility to ensure a good work life balance for all of their team. Office hours are 08:30 – 17:00. They are soon to be moving to new offices in Southampton where there will be parking available onsite.
