LB Design Recruitment are working with a busy architectural practice in Southampton. They specialise in residential projects for large national housing developers along with smaller regional housing developers across the UK. Working on projects ranging from 10 - 2000+ homes with low - medium rise mixed use new builds and refurbs.
They are now seeking to recruit Master Planners to join their planning team. All candidates must have experience in a similar role working on UK residential developer housing projects is essential for this role.
The role will involve progressing Masterplanning and Planning Application packs with support from the senior design team. Using DTP & Graphics packages along with AutoCAD, you will be creating innovative, compliant and efficient designs that meets the client requirements, while achieving community, regulatory & guidance aspirations. More senior roles will be running projects, leading other team members and managing their workloads along with producing design solutions for clients and Authorities.
This practice takes great pride in creating a satisfying and supportive work environment and offers appropriate flexibility in work patterns for their employees. Hybrid working is an option after an initial office based induction is completed. Their office is based in the centre of Southampton.
