LB Design Recruitment are working with a RIBA chartered practice to recruit an Architect. They have extensive experience of working on new designs, refurbishments, listed buildings and projects in conservation areas. Projects range from private bespoke homes, rural estates and agricultural diversification to urban regeneration, commercial and community-led schemes.
This small and busy practice are looking for a fully qualified Architect to join their team. The ideal candidate will need to have a passion for traditional architecture and design along with some UK based residential design experience, both private and commercial. Good technical ability would be advantageous. Proficiency in Vectorworks is essential.
The practice has recently relocated to a new studio in central Winchester with a main line train station close by.
