LB Design Recruitment are working with an architectural practice located near Poole in Dorset to recruit an Architectural Technologist. The practice work on a wide variety of projects ranging from small to large residential schemes for local clients, regional and national housebuilders. Schemes range from individual houses to larger housing estates and high-rise apartment schemes of £100m+.
Qualifications and skills required:
- CIAT registered.
- 2 years post qualification experience.
- Proficient in the use of BIM, preferably ArchiCAD.
- Able to competently produce working drawing packages to current UK building regulations for residential properties.
