LB Design Recruitment are working with a well-established practice to recruit an Architectural Technologist / Technician. They work on a good variety of projects and have expertise covering the Education, Residential, Health and Leisure sectors.
The successful candidate will be providing information throughout RIBA stages 3-4. They will also need to follow on with site works, including liaising directly with the contractor teams to resolve queries. This may involve attending site visits.
The ideal candidate will need:
- To have an Architectural Technology degree or equivalent.
- To have 3+ years post qualification experience working on UK projects - Education or Residential project experience would be an advantage.
- To have a good knowledge of UK building regulations.
- To have a technical mindset and strong technical knowledge.
- To have a good understanding of how buildings come together.
- To be proficient in Revit – ability to detail in Revit would be an advantage.
- To have basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
- To have good communication skills.
- To be a good team player with the willingness to provide wider technologist support to other team members.
