LB Design Recruitment are working with a large consultancy and construction company to recruit an experienced Architect or Architectural Technologist to join their multidisciplinary design team consisting of architects, engineers, urban designers, master planners and interior designers. They deliver projects nationally for both public and private sectors.
The role would suit an experienced and qualified Architect or Architectural Technologist who is able to support the team with the delivery of multiple projects from within the Education and Ministry of Justice sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the design from RIBA stages 1 – 3 and be responsible for structuring their own workload to ensure that the information is delivered on time, within the budget constraints and to the agreed quality standards.
The successful candidate will need:
- To be confident, competent and experienced in the technical delivering of projects.
- To have clear competency of Planning legislation, Building Regulations and buildability.
- To have excellent technical, communication and organisation skills.
- To be proficient in BIM and Revit - a test will be conducted at the interview stage.
